Paracas Ica 2 Days 1 Night: Coastal Adventure and Desert Thrills

Enjoy the beautiful Peruvian coastline with warm, sunny weather while exploring the stunning beaches of the Paracas National Reserve. Get up close with sea lions and Humboldt penguins in their natural habitat, savor traditional Peruvian pisco, and feel the rush of speeding over the dunes in a Buggy ride at the Huacachina Oasis.

We’ll start by picking you up from the Paracas bus station to begin your first tour to the Paracas National Reserve. Here, you’ll witness the natural formation of La Catedral, shaped by the wind and sea, and visit the unique Red Beach, the only one of its kind on the Peruvian coast. The tour will end at Lagunillas Beach, where you can enjoy lunch before returning to Paracas and checking into your accommodation.

After breakfast the next day, we’ll head to the Paracas pier for the Ballestas Islands Tour, where you’ll see a variety of seabirds, sea lions, pelicans, and Humboldt penguins along with striking rock formations. After the tour, we’ll check out of the hotel and drive to Ica, where you’ll visit the historic Tacama Vineyard. This is one of the oldest vineyards in the Americas, located in the upper Ica Valley. Here, you’ll learn about the traditional wine-making process and see the winepress used for grape stomping.
