Day 1: Arrival in Lima and Lima City Tour

Your journey begins with a warm welcome at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, where a representative from our agency will greet you and provide your travel itinerary. After a quick briefing, you’ll be transferred to your selected hotel for check-in.

In the morning, after breakfast, we’ll start with a Lima City Tour around 9:30 a.m. You’ll explore the impressive historic center of Lima, visiting landmarks like Plaza Grau, Palacio de Justicia, Plaza San Martín, and the stunning Church of San Francisco de Asís with its iconic Baroque architecture and ancient catacombs.

In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, you’ll be escorted to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to acclimate to the altitude and explore the city at your leisure. You can visit museums, churches, or simply wander the charming streets of this historic city.

Overnight in Cusco at Hotel Monasterio de San Pedro or a similar accommodation.

Day 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas Tour

Start your day at 7:30 a.m. with a full-day excursion to the breathtaking Sacred Valley of the Incas, one of the most famous regions in Peru. The tour begins with a visit to the Indian Market of Pisac, a vibrant market where you can immerse yourself in Andean culture and shop for traditional handicrafts.

In the afternoon, we’ll pass through the towns of Calca and Urubamba on our way to the impressive Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, an ancient Inca stronghold. We’ll also visit the Andean village of Chinchero, home to the ruins of the royal estate of Túpac Inca Yupanqui. You’ll see the well-preserved Inca Wall at the Plaza de Armas and visit a beautiful colonial temple built on ancient Inca foundations.

After lunch in Urubamba, we’ll continue to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll spend the night in preparation for your visit to Machu Picchu.

Day 3: Machu Picchu Tour

The highlight of the trip, Machu Picchu, awaits! Early in the morning, we’ll take a bus up the scenic, winding road to the Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, often called the “Lost City of the Incas.” The 30-minute bus ride offers stunning views of the mountains before reaching the iconic site.

Upon arrival, you’ll participate in a 2-hour guided tour of Machu Picchu, exploring its incredible temples, plazas, and terraces. After the guided portion, you’ll have free time to roam the archaeological site on your own.

Later, you’ll descend by bus to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes), where you can enjoy free time exploring the town, visit the hot springs, or check out the Manuel Chávez Ballón Museum. These activities are optional and have additional entry fees.

Make sure to arrive at the train station 30 minutes before departure. Your return train will take you to Ollantaytambo, where our transfer will be waiting to take you back to Cusco.

Day 4: Departure from Cusco to Lima
