Begin your Ica Paracas 2 Days 1 Night tour with pick-up from the Ica bus station. From there, you will head to the heart of Ica to kick off a city tour, starting with a visit to a traditional wine and pisco vineyard. Here, you’ll learn about the artisanal process of wine and pisco production, and see the ancient grape-stomping press in action. Next, we’ll visit the Plaza de Armas, where you’ll admire the two striking obelisks representing the great cultures that once flourished in Ica. We’ll also take in a panoramic view of the Luren Sanctuary.

Our journey continues to the stunning Huacachina Oasis, where you’ll discover the legends of this magical desert escape. For thrill-seekers, there’s the option to hop on a dune buggy and race through the towering sand dunes, followed by an exhilarating sandboarding session down the slopes. Prepare for a day full of excitement and unforgettable moments!

The next morning, we set off early for Paracas. Upon arrival, we’ll begin the Ballestas Islands Tour, starting with a visit to the iconic Candelabro, a massive geoglyph etched into the cliffs of the Paracas Peninsula. As we approach the Ballestas Islands, you’ll be able to admire unique rock formations and observe a rich variety of wildlife. Your guide will introduce you to the local ecosystem, where you can spot sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and numerous bird species such as boobies, guanay cormorants, and terns. After this amazing wildlife experience, we will return to El Chaco.

You’ll then have approximately one hour of free time to explore the El Chaco Boulevard, filled with charming handicraft shops. Afterwards, we’ll regroup at the Paracas Explorer office to begin our tour of the Paracas National Reserve.

Within the Paracas National Reserve, we will visit the Isthmus of the Peninsula, one of the most scenic spots in the area, offering breathtaking views of Lagunillas, Red Beach, and La Mina Beach. We will stop at Red Beach, famous for its strikingly red sand, where you can take in the beautiful landscape. Next, we’ll continue to La Mina Beach, where you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. Our final stop will be at the Lagunillas Fishing Cove, where you’ll have the opportunity to taste fresh seafood at one of the local restaurants before returning to our starting point.
